# Roadmap

### **DataMind Roadmap: Building the Future of Decentralized AI**

#### **Phase 1: Foundation & Community Building**

* **Launch DataMind Protocol**: Deploy core smart contracts on Ethereum for Data Vaults, AI Training-as-a-Service (ATaaS), and the $DMIND token economy.
* **Develop Initial User Interface**: Create a simple, intuitive platform for data providers and AI developers to interact.
* **Community Engagement**: Engage early adopters and partners, focusing on **data privacy advocates, AI researchers**, and **Web3 pioneers**.

#### **Phase 2: Marketplace & AI Model Ecosystem**

* **AI Model Marketplace Launch**: Open the **DataMind Data & AI Model Marketplace** for buying, selling, and licensing data and trained models.
* **Proof-of-Training Integration**: Implement **Proof-of-Training (PoT)** to ensure every model is verifiable and trustworthy.
* **Partnerships & Integrations**: Partner with **research institutions** and **enterprise-level AI companies** to attract high-quality datasets and models.

#### **Phase 3: Decentralization & Advanced Features**

* **Validator Network Activation**: Launch a decentralized network of validators to verify data and training authenticity.
* **AI Reputation System**: Deploy the **AI Reputation System** to reward quality data contributions and model verifications.
* **ZK-Encrypted Data Vaults Expansion**: Enhance the security and scalability of **ZK-encrypted Data Vaults**, enabling seamless, trustless access to sensitive data.

#### **Phase 4: Global AI Network & Governance**

* **Full Decentralized Governance**: Transition to a **DAO-based governance** model, giving $DMIND token holders the power to influence platform decisions.
* **Global Expansion**: Onboard **global data providers, AI developers**, and **validators** to scale DataMind’s ecosystem to a global level.
* **AI-as-a-Service (ATaaS) Growth**: Expand the range of **AI tools, services**, and **training capabilities** on the platform, ensuring **affordable access** for all users.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://gitbook-97.gitbook.io/datamind/governance/roadmap.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
